A pretty common bird in Japan - although it can be harder than expected to get a good picture, as they flit about quite fast, and tend to stick up higher in the trees. You cand definitely hear them scremaing though.
There were quite a few at the Gyoen, but it was hard to get a nice photo since they were all up in the trees.
