Great cormorant

What a cool guy - if you look closely it has these blueish greenish eyes. Japan has its own species as well known as the “Japanese Cormorant” (and it looks nearly the same..) but I think the one I spotted in Shimane is the “Great” variant.
Suprisingly this one was happy to walk amongst all the humans. Also note the white on his chest, maybe it's not yet full-grown?
