I'm a big fan of the Enoshima and Kamakura area - the beachy vibes combined with some good coffee makes for a good escape from Tokyo.

Odaiba sunset
Odaiba is a great place to watch the sunset! Would highly recommend if you're looking to spend an afternoon walking around. I also spotted a couple of little egrets.
