Impossible to get a close-up shot of! For the birds on Mt Asama, this post seems to suggest that they are the Pacific swift.
Lots of them swooping overhead. Can faintly see the white patch on the back.
I initially assumed they were swallows, but it seems like they might actually have been the Pacific swift.
