The 100 Famous Mountains of Yamanashi (山梨百名山, Yamanashi Hyakumeizan) are a list of 100 famous mountains in Yamanashi, selected in 1997 by the Yamanashi prefecture. When the 100 Famous Japanese Mountains are looking a little bit out of reach, Tokyo-dwellers might find the Yamanashi 100 to be a bit more of an accessible option.
Being in Yamanashi, some of these mountains also have great views of Mt Fuji! To date, I’ve climbed 41/100.

hikesMt Imakura (今倉山) hike
Yamanashi·1470mA straightforward hike with good views of Mt Fuji. The hike up to Mt Imakura is 80% of the climbing you'll do for this course, so once you've reached this peak it's smooth sailing from here.
